New Outlook Behavioral Health Center was formed to help answer the needs of quality behavioral and mental health care services that are to some degree lacking for children, youth and adolescents in the city of New Orleans. After Hurricane Katrina, the children and families who returned to the city did so with the hopes of rebuilding their lives in a city whose infrastructure was crippled. That crippling left the city with minimal mental health services for children. New Outlook is joining the fight to provide quality mental and behavioral health care to our kids and to provide support to their families. The staff of New Outlook have experience working with children and their families to address their needs for quality services and to help provide the support that is necessary to live functional and stable lives.
